Luois Vuitton is celebrating their 3oth anniversary in Japan. There had been news earlier this month of Rei Kawakubo of Comme Des Garcons collaborating with Louis Vuitton. She will be redesigning her Comme Des Garcons store in Kottodori, Omotesando for this occasion. Thanks to Nitrolicious you can now see the upcoming collection.

Arktip X Incase

Arltip is doing a collaboration with Incase to release a new series of laptop accessories. They title this conjuncture “Curated by Arktip.” The debut product will be two laptop sleeves: one for the 13″ Macbook and the other for the 15″ Macbook Pro. The planned release date is July 15th at selected boutiques, Arktip and Incase online shops, and top-tier Apple locations.

Rock-afire Explosion x Usher

Do you remember those singing animal shows from Chuck E Cheese when you were a kid? The folks at this website will choreograph your favorite song for the Rock-afire Explosion band to perform, for your viewing pleasure on YouTube. Here’s how it works: you send a payment via paypal to the choreographers, and whichever song gets the highest bid that week will be recorded.

This video is by far the funniest to date, but I hope to see ODB and Macy Gray’s “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” on there sometime soon. Enjoy.

A.P.C. Spring Footwear ‘09

Here is a preview of the A.P.C. and Nike Spring ‘09 collaboration.  The two brands have worked together to create 3 new canvas sneakers.

Now here’s a closer look at the A.P.C. spring footwear line.  A.P.C. does a great job retaining that classic feel to their deck and dress shoes.  Using brown leather soles and soft leather tops you can expect these shoes to be a hit come spring.  We’ll keep you posted.

A.P.C. Jeans “Butler Worn Out”

A.P.C. will be releasing some interesting new jeans called “Butler Worn Out.”  Unlike other jeans were sandpaper is used to give the denim a worn look, these jeans have actually been worn by a person, hence the name.  A.P.C actually has the name of the person who wore the jeans written inside.  Thanks to honeyee for the info.
